We do screen tenants, handling maintenance and repairs, and more. As well as helping tenants to find their dream homes to rent. Here are the basic services we provide.
Maintenance and Repairs
Our team of professionals handle emergency maintenance, regular servicing and inspection of equipment, as well as every day repairs. We also handle “move in -out inspections and maintenance”. When the tenant is vacating the home, we ensure the property is “rent ready.” We make sure that all safety and health issues have been addressed, that the home and carpets have been professionally cleaned, all appliances are in good and working condition, the yard is landscaped, the house is rekeyed, the interior paint is clean and free of nail holes, and the plumbing and electrical in the home are working properly.
Leasing
All required disclosures are made to insure compliance with legal requirements. Tobicer LLC rental agreement has been developed over the years by the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the North Carolina State Bar and includes many clauses that protect both the owners and tenants.
Rents
We are very aggressive about rent payments. Late charges are enforced and if necessary all the steps would be taken in the event the rent is not paid, which would include action to evict the tenant.
End of Leases
When the tenants vacate, we will provide all required accounting of the tenant's security deposit. All appropriate charges will be assessed and any remaining amounts owed will be reported or pursued.
